In the 1960's, founding partner, John Wilkinson opened a prestigious
Country House Department in London's West End and was responsible for
the sale of many fine houses. At this time, John was also closely involved
in Country and Equestrian sports and bred point-to-point horses, hunter
chasers, World Champion eventers and owned show horses of the highest
calibre.
Mark Wilkinson, John's son, shared his father's interest in equestrian
sports and spent many years as a professional race horse trainer and rode
some 50 winners in England and Ireland, including Cheltenham, and also
trained Festival winners.
 Having
always taken a keen interest in the family's Estate Agency business, Mark
joined the Wilkinson Partnership in 2002 bringing with him valuable knowledge
and experience of equestrian requirements. Together with Chris Coles'
40 years' experience of estate agency, The Wilkinson Partnership is able
to offer an equestrian service that's unrivaled in our area, and probably
the whole country.
