Aston Clinton is a large village at the foot of the Chiltern Hills, situated some four miles south-east of Aylesbury and enjoys good local facilities including three Churches, local school, public houses, and a mixture of shops. The County Town of Aylesbury offers excellent shopping and leisure facilities and retains Grammar School education. Mainline rail links into London (Euston) and London (Marylebone) are available at nearby Tring (2 1/2 miles) and Aylesbury (4 miles) respectively. The village now benefits from a bypass, and road communications are excellent with the A41 (T) providing access to the M25, M1, M40 link-up.
