The Buckinghamshire hamlet of Burcott is approximately half a mile from the village of Wing and 3 miles from Leighton Buzzard and 6 miles from the County Town of Aylesbury. Wing has two public houses, Indian restaurant, active sports club, and a variety of shops including a Post Office and fast food outlet. There is also a playschool and primary school education and secondary school is further complemented by Grammar School facilities in Aylesbury. Nearby is historic ‘Ascott House’ famous for its gardens and association with the Rothschild family. Comprehensive shopping and leisure facilities are available in Leighton Buzzard and Aylesbury and the former has a mainline rail service to commute to London Euston and the North.
