The Buckinghamshire village has a variety of old and modern homes. It boasts a pretty village church and public house, and is situated between Tring and Leighton Buzzard, near to the County Town of Aylesbury, all of which offer shopping and recreational facilities. Mainline railway stations can be found nearby at Cheddington and Leighton Buzzard, both offering frequent train services to commute to London Euston and to the North. Leighton Buzzard provides a large modern lending library with attached Arts Centre while the local Leisure Centre at ‘Tiddenfoot’ provides two swimming pools, fitness health complex, outdoor and indoor sports courts as well as an indoor sports arena.
