Senior Partner with The Wilkinson Partnership, Simon Wilkinson said, “This is a stunning conversion by an established and reputable developer with whom The Wilkinson Partnership is proud to be associated. The apartments are well designed with modern, simple fixtures and fittings and are priced very reasonably – especially when you consider the wealth of amenities available to residents in such close proximity.”
Queensway is a fresh and vibrant mix of high street stores and traditional shops as well as a lively and bustling market. To the side of the site is the fabulous new leisure centre with a magnificently equipped gymnasium and sports centre. It is ideally positioned within walking distance of the mainline railway station and access to a very comprehensive bus system.

The annual Swanbourne Village Hall Race night was held on Saturday 17th January 2009 in aid of the Village Hall, Help for Heroes and The Church Heating Fund. A packed village hall full of local residents had a fun evening over 8 races, some 4 of which were sponsored by the Wilkinson Partnership, in addition the partnership ‘bought’ a number of horses in the races. A stunning total of some £820 was raised for the chosen charities.
Advisory Council member, Simon Wilkinson, proposed that the chosen charity should be Help for Heroes.

The start and finish line for The Milton Keynes Mile – part of the Sainsbury’s Sport Relief campaign, was right outside the Milton Keynes office on Witan Gate in Central Milton Keynes, when it took place on a cold and wet Sunday in March.
When Simon Wilkinson learned this, he immediately offered shelter and refreshments to all the comic relief staff to ensure the event went as smoothly as possible.
The days was a great success, with over 2000 runners playing their part and raising money for Comic Relief. The campaign has already raised over £20 million to help vulnerable people living incredibly tough lives both at home in the UK and in the world’s poorest countries.

Bright and cheery new school signs can now be seen around the grounds of Mary Bassett Lower School in Leighton Buzzard.
The pupils presented Senior Partner, Simon Wilkinson with a hand decorated thank you card – signed by all the pupils in the school at an assembly on December 4, 2007. They described their sunshine yellow signs as ‘cool’ and ‘excellent’.
Headteacher at the Bassett Road, Leighton, school, Deborah Pargeter, said: “On behalf of the school, it’s staff, governors and mostly, pupils, I would like to wholeheartedly thank The Wilkinson Partnership for their generosity. A good will gesture of magnificent proportions!”

Leighton-Linslade is a fair trade town and The Wilkinson Partnership has been involved as a fair trade business for many years.
Fair trade businesses use, stock and promote fair trade products. These are items which have met the international fair trade standards. This ensures that the producers have been paid a fair and stable price for their products, as well as a social premium to invest in developing their businesses and improving their communities.
The workplaces, schools, church and community groups below are making a real difference by using or serving Fairtrade.

“Give a gift and light up a life at Christmas,” is the catchphrase used by The Salvation Army to publicise it’s Christmas Present Appeal – a concept which The Wilkinson Partnership wholeheartedly support.
The idea is very simple – those who can, donate a small, unwrapped gift. Those gifts are then wrapped and distributed to children, families, the elderly, the homeless and many others within the local community who will have little or nothing under their tree, in time for Christmas.
The Wilkinson Partnership, based in the Market House at the top of the High Street in Leighton Buzzard is proud to be a collection centre for a 2nd year. Simon Wilkinson said, “We are delighted to support such a worthwhile cause at this time of year. Christmas is a time for giving and receiving.”

A Wilkinson advertising board can be seen behind the goal on match days and at promotional events, and they are also pleased to advertise in the match day programmes every week.
Chairman of Winslow United FC, Colin O’Dell said: “The club is very grateful for the support Wilkinson shows both the first, reserve and under 18 teams every season – we could not operate without the backing of our sponsors. Many thanks!”

August 2007
The penultimate day in August saw what is arguably the biggest event in the Buckinghamshire calendar.
There was some doubt that the 140th annual show would take place due to the outbreak of foot and mouth disease in Surrey a few weeks prior, but the show organisers opted to go ahead without any livestock.
Wilkinson are always happy to sponsor this great family event and this year was no exception. Always much more than a livestock show and the attractions included the Devil’s Horsemen Stunt Team, show jumping, the Band of the Adjutant General’s Corps, vintage tractors, a Home and Garden marquee, rural crafts and demonstrations and over 200 trade stands - great shopping opportunities!
The 2008 event takes place on Thursday August 28. Find out more & buy tickets in advance at www.buckscountyshow.co.uk
